Here's how to give your breasts a lift.
Try the fly. "To build more muscle, try what's called the dumbbell fly, using a pair of one- to three-pound weights," says Peggy Norwood-Keating, director of fitness at Duke University Diet and Fitness Center in Durham, North Carolina.
To start, pick up one weight in each hand, then lie back on the floor. Extend your arms out at shoulder level on the floor with your palms up, clutching your weights. The weights should be parallel to your body.
Draw both arms straight up together above your body, keeping your elbows slightly bent, so that the weights meet over your chest, says Norwood-Keating. Then, return the weights out to your sides at shoulder height, as if you were drawing a semicircle or half-moon over your body.
Repeat the exercise 12 to 15 times, then rest for 1½ minutes, says Norwood-Keating. Repeat the exercise a second time and rest once again. Then repeat the exercise for a third and final set.
The stronger you become, the more weight you'll be able to handle. This means that you should be able to gradually increase your weight (by one to two pounds) while decreasing repetitions (8 to 10) in order to work your muscles gradually, says Norwood-Keating. Your goal here is 8 to 10 repetitions in three sets.
Try a chest press. A variation on the fly that also builds chest muscle is the chest press, says Norwood-Keating. This time, pick up a five-pound dumbbell in each hand and lie back on the floor. Extend your arms and hold the dumbbells up in the air over your chest, parallel to your body. Then, bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells toward your chest, with your elbows out to the sides at shoulder level. Extend your arms straight back up over your chest and repeat the exercise 12 to 15 times. Rest for 1½ minutes, then do a second set of 12 to 15 repetitions. Rest again and do a third set.
As with the previous exercise, if doing this exercise as described gets easy, increase your weights by one or two pounds. Your goal, says Norwood-Keating, is the same as above: 8 to 10 repetitions in three sets with as much weight as you can safely and comfortably handle.
Round out your workout. All these exercises may be great for your chest, but you need to round out your workout with an exercise that strengthens your back muscles, says Norwood-Keating. Otherwise, you're likely to become round-shouldered and weaken your back. So pick up a five- to ten-pound weight in your left hand, then lean on a bench or a low, sturdy table by placing your right knee and right hand down on its surface. Your left foot should be on the floor.
Bend your left elbow, bring the weight up to your armpit and try to squeeze your left shoulder blade toward your spine. As you resist gravity, slowly lower the weight back down until your arm is fully extended. It won't be easy, but resist letting the weight fall by squeezing with your left shoulder blade as the weight returns to the starting positon, explains Norwood-Keating.
Repeat the exercise 12 to 15 times, rest for 1½ minutes, then do a second set of 12 to 15 repetitions. Rest again and do a third set.

Ok...so no more baby carrots
The following is information from a farmer who grows andpackages carrots for IGA, METRO, LOBLAWS, etc.
The small cocktail (baby) carrots you buy in small plastic bags are made using the larger crooked or deformed carrots which are put through a machine which cuts and shapes them into cocktail carrots. Most people probably know this already.
What you may not know and should know is the following: once the carrots are cut and shaped into cocktail carrots they are dipped in a solution of water and chlorine in order to preserve them (the same chlorine used in your pool).
Since they do not have their skin or natural protective covering, they give them a higher dose of chlorine.
You will notice that once you keep these carrots in your refrigerator for a few days, a white covering will form on the carrots, this is the chlorine which resurfaces.
At what cost do we put our health at risk to have esthetically pleasing vegetables which are practically plastic?
We do hope that this information can be passed on to as many people as possible in the hopes of informing them where these carrots come from and how they are processed.
Chlorine is a very well known carcinogen.

What is Lemonade Diet?
The Lemonade Diet, also known as the Master Cleanse, has been around for many years. It was first explained in a book that was published in 1976, but has gained popularity in recent years because of a new book on the subject published in 2004. The diet has also gained popularity as stories of celebrities using it to lose weight have circulated on the Internet and in magazines. Celebrities from Beyonce Knowles to Robin Quivers have credited the Lemonade Diet with helping them lose weight. The Lemonade Diet is more accurately a fast, because you aren't really eating anything when you are on the diet. How to Lose Weight on the Lemonade Diet?
When the diets is followed strictly, there's really no question as to how to lose weight on the lemonade diet. You simply won't be getting enough calories to not lose weight if you stay on this diet for several days. This diet is tough on the digestive system and you will see a big increase in bowel movements during the cleanse, which is really what this "diet" was intended to be. It's not really meant to be used as a diet, and any weight loss that happens while on it will probably be erased quickly thereafter. That's because once you start eating again your body will think that it has to prepare for another starvation cycle (which is what going on a fast is) and you'll quickly gain back what weight you lost, and maybe more, unless you make a real effort to follow a healthy diet to maintain that weight loss. The Lemonade Diet is not a long-term solution for weight loss. While it can help you to lose a few pounds temporarily, as any diet that involves not eating would, it's not a permanent solution. It's a much better idea to think about the Lemonade Diet under its other name, Master Cleanse Diet, because the real idea behind the diet is cleaning impurities from the body, not losing weight.
The Master Cleanse is a detoxification process, which means that it aims to get toxins and other unsavory things out of the body. Those who regularly do detoxification like the Master Cleanse say that they feel more energetic and think more clearly after the process than they did before. The only trouble is, it takes a lot of work for the body to eliminate the bad things that have been accumulating in it for so long.
